PA12 Polymer complex geometry connector system

3D Printed(HP 4200 Multi-Jet Fusion) PA12 polymer complex connector curtain wall system. Fully automated design process(Rhino SDK) takes mesh edges as input and automates whole modeling process.

Specially developed rod connection system provides maximum contact surface area between metal rod and polymer part to maximize structural performance. This design also minimizes exposed bolts and nuts from the outside.

Each joint is marked with UID for referencing and ease of assembly. Profile arms are made of HR steel plate with unique length.
